Geo-Targeting

ONE by AOL: Mobile Self Serve gives you the ability to reach customers around the globe or in a designated geographic area.

In the Geo-targeting section of campaign setup, you can select the following targeting options:

All Countries: Select this option to have your campaign displayed to mobile users in every country on the ONE by AOL: Mobile platform.

Specific Countries: Select this option to have your campaign displayed to mobile users in specific countries.

Specific Regions: Select this option to have your campaign displayed to mobile users in specific Metro areas in the United States.  Select a state on the map and then select the metro areas you would like to target.

Hyper-Local: Select this option to have your campaign displayed to mobile users in local areas. When you choose this targeting option, you have the ability to drill down to a specific geographic area in one of the following ways:

  1. Centroid: Select the center of the geographic area you want to target. You can adjust the size of the centroid by using the sliding scale at the bottom of the map.
  2. Polygon Drawing: Use this targeting tool to draw a "virtual fence" around your desired targeting area to deliver location-based advertising with ease.
