When you set up your campaign, you can choose how it will be delivered - with a daily cap or by pacing it evenly.
By selecting the daily cap option, your campaign will attempt to deliver that amount each day until the total budget is delivered.
You may raise your daily cap if you want to deliver more of your budget at certain points of your campaign. You may also lower your daily cap if you want to slow the delivery pace at other points.
For example, if a campaign has a total budget of $300 and is set to run for three days, you could choose to set a daily cap at $200. That means that you are trying to reach $200 of advertising the first day. if you reach your daily cap, your campaign may finish early.
Note: Lowering your daily cap may cause your campaign to not deliver its total budget. Make sure to refer to your selected date range before lowering the daily cap.
By selecting this option, our platform will attempt to deliver your campaign's budget evenly throughout the time frame you have selected.
For example, if a campaign has a total budget of $300 and is set to run for three days, ONE by AOL: Mobile Self Serve will attempt to deliver about $100 each day.
Depending on fluctuations in the competitive environment of our network and the targeting of your campaign, there may be peaks and valleys of delivery as the system attempts to delivery the full budget during the lifetime of the campaign.
