Are my campaigns optimized by One by AOL: Mobile Self Serve?

Yes, campaigns are optimized to serve more heavily on the sites/apps where they are performing with a higher CTR, and will shift delivery away from sites/apps with poor performance during the lifetime of your campaign.  If a campaign is using conversion tracking , it will be optimized to serve more heavily on the site/apps that have a higher Conversion Rate, and it will shift delivery away from sites/apps with poor performance.  Users can also manually optimize their campaigns in the One by AOL: Mobile Self Serve portal using Site Optimization.  Instructions can be found here https://support.mmedia.com/entries/21488365-Reporting-Site-IDs
