Why has my campaign been denied?

While getting started with One by AOL: Mobile Self Serve, be sure to review the following guidelines to avoid having the campaigns denied: 

  • Is the Ad Creative and content appropriate? We will review both images and text. 
  • Is the landing page safe and free of malicious scripts or viruses?
  • Does the landing page contain inappropriate content? We will review both images and text.
  • Is the destination/landing page URL incorrect and/or causing errors?
  • Does the text or image in the ad creative contain language that does not make sense?
  • Does the content on the banner match and content on your landing page?

Note: If the campaign is denied, your account funds will not be impacted and you will be notified with the reason it was denied.
